Mark Elsner, who joined Oxford Analytica in 2002, leads our advisory work.

Mark has broad cross-sectoral experience, having led engagements for, and developed relationships with, many of the world’s largest companies, as well as governments and multilateral organisations. Areas of focus include advising corporate clients on managing risk in emerging markets, and assisting investors in evaluating new opportunities.

Mark has been based with Oxford Analytica in Oxford, Washington, DC, Panama City and, currently, Geneva. Prior to joining the firm, Mark worked as a strategy consultant in Paris, Berlin and London. He holds an MPhil in Economics and a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, both from Christ Church, University of Oxford.
